Eduardo Rojo (1982), studied in Chile during the 2000's. His painting method is intuitive, automatic, a distillation of the driving force of traditional method, pure and psychic. Working and living in Amsterdam since 2009.
Active member of the Collective Automatic Painting Amsterdam CAPA created in 1991.

Events

2023 ‘’Pop-In Cultural Day’’, Exposition at De Waag, medieval building in Nieuwemarkt, Amsterdam. Together with RedLight Arts & Culture and Live Music performances of Punto Bawono (Indonesia) Baroque Lute and Galit Zadok (Israel) historical Bassoon, RDAC was a festival where 12 locations around the De Wallen were combined with 48 different performances.

each artistis of the group)

2020, CAPA Art folder - Automatic Painting on paper is a portfolio created for collectors of painting on small format paper (21x29.7cm) that, like our Collection of Artists Books, are part of a limited edition of copies. In this edition for collectors, there has only been a print run of 15 copies where each work of art is unique in its form and execution. This art folder is present in the collection of Cupertino Miranda Museum, Portugal, Granell Foundation in Spain and The National Fine Arts Museum of Santiago de Chile.
